"Spotless, and all the staff were very nice. We set an appointment for a couples massage and they had a nice two-bed room ready when we arrived. Highly recommend."

Here is the sequence, from the door to the sidewalk, so neither of you is guessing.
You arrive. Come in a few minutes early rather than on the dot, because the clock on the booking belongs to two therapists and you would rather spend the first minutes sitting down than filling in paperwork at speed. The front desk checks you in and hands over an intake form each. Fill in your own. Nobody is reading over anyone else's shoulder.
The intake form is where you flag anything relevant. Recent injuries, a bad shoulder, surgery, pregnancy, an area you would rather nobody touched. Write it down even if it feels minor, because the alternative is remembering it halfway through the session and interrupting yourself to say it.
Next comes the consultation. Each of you speaks with the therapist who will be working on you, separately, about pressure and about where you want the time spent. This part is short, usually a couple of minutes, and it is the single highest-leverage part of the whole appointment. Say what you actually want here.
Then you are shown into the suite. Two tables, made up and side by side, the lighting turned down, one temperature and one soundtrack for the room since you are sharing it. The therapists step out. You each undress to whatever level you are comfortable with, in private, and get on your table under the sheet.
The therapists come back in and both sessions begin at the same moment. From there the two of you are on separate tracks in the same room. Your therapist works through the plan you agreed on, checks in on pressure once or twice, and adjusts if you say something.
Talking is optional and there is no wrong answer. Some pairs murmur to each other for the first ten minutes and then go quiet without deciding to. Some say nothing at all. One of you falling asleep is not rude and happens constantly. The room being silent is not a sign anybody is uncomfortable.
Partway through, your therapist will ask you to turn over. They will hold the sheet up so you can move without exposing anything. You will be draped the entire time, with only the section being worked on uncovered.
The session ends when the time ends. Your therapist tells you they are finished, thanks you, and steps out so you can get up and dress at your own speed. There is no rush at this point and no one is waiting at the door. Sit up slowly if you have been face-down for an hour, since standing straight up after that is how people get dizzy.
You dress, you leave the suite together, and you settle up at the desk. Any add-ons you booked are rung up with the session. That is the whole arc, and none of it is complicated once you have done it once.
