What each published couples length buys you on the table, and how to choose between $165, $245 and $325 without guessing.

Three lengths are published, and the gap between them is real money, so it is worth understanding what the extra time actually buys.
Sixty minutes is a full pass over the body at a working pace. Back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, feet. Nothing gets skipped, but nothing gets dwelt on either. Your therapist has a route and stays on it. This is the correct default, the right choice for a first visit, and enough for the overwhelming majority of bookings. It is $165.
Ninety minutes changes the character rather than just extending it. The extra half hour is what lets a therapist stop somewhere. If your right shoulder has been locked up since February, sixty minutes gets it acknowledged and ninety gets it worked. There is time to return to an area after moving past it, which is where most of the actual change happens. It is $245, and it is the length people book when the massage is the point of the evening rather than the thing before dinner.
A hundred and twenty minutes is a different category. Two hours on a table is long enough that the second half stops feeling like a massage and starts feeling like sleep with intent. Some people love it. Others get restless at the ninety minute mark and spend the last stretch aware of the room. If you have never done two hours, do not start with it. It is $325.
Now the part people miscalculate. The published length is table time. It does not include arrival, the intake form, the consultation with your therapist, undressing, dressing again, and settling up at the desk. Add roughly twenty to thirty minutes of building on either end of the number. A ninety minute booking is a two hour visit, and if you are driving in from the south end of the valley it is most of an evening.
Add-ons work as a separate question. Cupping and hot stones happen inside your session. The infrared sauna is its own thirty minutes at thirty dollars, so if either of you wants that, ask on the phone whether it sits before or after the massage and how much extra time to allow. Better to know before you plan the rest of the night around it.
If the two of you cannot agree, book the same length rather than different ones. The sessions are meant to start and end together, and the version where one person lies there for the last half hour listening to their partner get worked on is nobody's idea of a shared experience.
A last piece of arithmetic worth doing honestly. If money is the constraint, sixty minutes for both of you beats ninety for one of you and nothing for the other. Two people on two tables is the whole reason to book the room.
